Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails mocktails beer and wine
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest engagement
• Maintain full knowledge of drink menus promotions and seasonal beverages
• Handle cash transactions POS systems and payment processing
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure Smart Serve compliance
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area
• Assist with inventory control stock rotation and ordering supplies
• Follow all Ontario liquor laws and health & safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with servers kitchen staff and management
