Job description
Become a pivotal part of Lightspeed's Revenue Operations as the Manager of Sales Commissions. Lead the commissions process while ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals in this dynamic setting.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end commissions strategy and manage timely payouts. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and contribute to incentive design while collaborating closely with senior leadership across various teams. This position requires a strong focus on enhancing processes and delivering strategic insights to support growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end commissions process and strategy • Calculate and submit accurate monthly payouts to Payroll • Facilitate RevOps Monthly Business Review meetings • Optimize commissions and incentive programs through analysis • Lead and develop a team of analysts to enhance performance

Requirements: • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Finance roles • 2+ years of people management experience • Proven ownership of compensation cycles at scale • Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights • Proficient in Excel, reporting, and visualization tools
