🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and coordinate daily ground service operations, including ramp activities and cargo handling.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to Ground Service Attendants and customer service staff.
- Oversee aircraft marshalling, loading/unloading of baggage and cargo, and aircraft servicing.
- Assist passengers as required, including those needing mobility support.
- Perform and supervise aircraft de-icing/anti-icing and grooming activities.
- Operate ground support and airport equipment such as tugs, forklifts, air stairs, and jet bridges.
- Ensure cargo is handled in accordance with customer requirements, including dangerous goods processing and screening protocols.
- Support scheduling activities and assist with payroll approvals.
- Promote and maintain high standards of customer service for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and the Safety Management System (SMS).

📝 What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous aviation experience and/or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Ability to successfully complete WHMIS and Dangerous Goods training.
- Strong working knowledge of basic computer applications.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Membership in an Athabasca Basin community and fluency in Denesuline is an asset.
