What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality & Clinical Programs, this role is responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of enterprise clinical programs, policies, standards, and tools. As a key execution-focused role, the Specialist ensures that clinical initiatives are translated into practical, operationally effective solutions that can be successfully implemented and sustained across communities. The role is a corporate role in nature but the support and focus is on operational support of our homes across Canada.
How You’ll Succeed:
- Support the development and evolution of enterprise clinical programs, policies, procedures, and standards across all divisions of the organization
- Translate strategic program direction into practical tools, workflows, and implementation resources.
- Assist in the development of standardized clinical frameworks that support consistent care delivery and operational excellence.
- Lead and support the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives across communities.
- Develop structured implementation plans, timelines, and rollout strategies to support successful adoption.
- Partner with Clinical Care Partners, IPAC, Quality, and operational teams to ensure programs are effectively integrated into practice.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify barriers, and support resolution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support change management activities associated with clinical program implementation, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Support the evaluation of clinical programs through data analysis, feedback collection, and outcome measurement.
- Support clinical and operational leadership with regulatory inspection readiness & compliance excellence.
- Provides subject matter expertise for accreditation preparedness and survey execution.
- Work closely with the Senior Director, Quality & Clinical Programs and subject matter experts (Clinical, IPAC, Quality, Pharmacy, Professional Practice) to support program development and execution.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Health Administration, or a related discipline.
- Clinical background strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in clinical program development, quality improvement, or healthcare operations.
- Experience supporting implementation of programs or initiatives in multi-site healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with LTC, Continuing Care, or Retirement Living environments is an asset.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into practical tools and execution plans.
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.

What you need to know:
- The salary range for this position is: $96,655.00-$120,818.50
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid G license is required for frequent visits to our LTC and Retirement Homes
