The mission of the IT & Security Intern at Cozey
The IT & Security Intern will support Cozey’s IT & Security team in delivering reliable day-to-day technology support and strengthening the company’s security posture. Working from an operations-first perspective, the intern will assist with ticket triage, endpoint remediation, and foundational identity and access tasks—helping resolve employee issues, respond to security alerts, and improve device security. The intern will also help automate recurring IT and security workflows using AI tools, reducing manual effort across the team. The role also plays an important part in supporting Cozey’s cybersecurity awareness efforts, helping employees adopt secure practices through coordination, communication, and follow-up. This opportunity is ideal for a highly analytical, growth-oriented student pursuing studies in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
