Job Summary:

CSA Group has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative serves as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, project quotes and services. Supports the development of new accounts and the development of new opportunities within established accounts through service excellence. To support and promote continued growth of new business for CSA Group Standards products and services.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the profitable sales of CSA products and services to new and existing clients while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Addressing unique regional needs to achieve revenue targets and expand the market for standards and related products and services.
  • Creating sales quotes in support of standard products, services and training sales. Executes the sales of such from a variety of sources including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provides support to the Toronto office in terms of online store orders, sales emails, etc. to load balance and offset peak volumes.
  • Maintains and develops ongoing strategic relationships with regional decision makers to grow the business. Planning and carrying regional business development activities and strategies ranging from cold calls, sourcing leads, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Represents the CSA group at trade shows and conferences including presenting a professional corporate image while recognizing, developing and acting-on sales opportunities.
  • Frequent analysis, problem solving, and reconciliation of transactions involving issuing returns and credits, collections and invoicing.
  • Works seamlessly in a variety of software systems and applications including Microsoft Office 365, Sales Force, and Call-Centre technologies, etc.
  • Ensures safe, secure and proper handling of customer financial records.
  • Proposes system solutions and continuous improvement recommendations to Managers when necessary.
  • Monitors and reports on activities and provides relevant management information.
  • Attends regular training or events to maintain and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Performs as a divisional liaison for CSA employees providing product knowledge, access to standards, while promoting cross-divisional product and service opportunities.

Education:

Bachelors’ degree in Business and/or Marketing is an asset.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Sales or Marketing and Customer Service experience in Business to Business sales is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Sales and/or Customer Service is required to have a baseline knowledge of CSA products and services

Skills:

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM database applications - SAP, Salesforce are assets
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills with internal and external customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem solving ability required
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Computer proficiency and analytical skills
  • Fluency in French is a requirement for candidates hired for our Quebec office.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement to meet the needs of our clients outside of Quebec.

Sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe des ventes internes, le ou la représentant(e) des ventes internes agit à titre de point de contact interne pour les demandes de renseignements, les soumissions de projets et les services. Il ou elle contribue à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et à la création de nouvelles occasions d'affaires auprès des clients existants grâce à l'excellence du service. Il ou elle soutient et favorise la croissance continue des nouvelles affaires pour les produits et services liés aux normes du Groupe CSA.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer la vente rentable des produits et services du Groupe CSA auprès de clients nouveaux et existants tout en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
  • Répondre aux besoins régionaux spécifiques afin d’atteindre les objectifs de revenus et d’élargir le marché des normes et des produits et services connexes.
  • Établir des devis de vente pour soutenir les ventes de produits standard, de services et de formations. Réaliser ces ventes à partir de diverses sources, y compris les appels entrants et sortants.
  • Apporter un soutien au bureau de Toronto en ce qui concerne les commandes de la boutique en ligne, les courriels de vente, etc., afin d’équilibrer la charge de travail et de compenser les pics de volume.
  • Entretenir et développer des relations stratégiques continues avec les décideurs régionaux afin de faire croître l’entreprise. Planifier et mener des activités et des stratégies de développement commercial régional, allant des appels à froid à la recherche de prospects, en passant par les rencontres en personne.
  • Représenter le Groupe CSA lors de salons professionnels et de conférences, notamment en présentant une image d’entreprise professionnelle tout en identifiant, développant et concrétisant les opportunités de vente.
  • Effectuer régulièrement des analyses, résoudre des problèmes et effectuer le rapprochement des transactions liées à l'émission de retours et de crédits, au recouvrement et à la facturation.
  • Travailler de manière fluide avec divers systèmes et applications logicielles, notamment Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce et les technologies de centre d'appels, etc.
  • Veiller au traitement sûr, sécurisé et approprié des dossiers financiers des clients.
  • Proposer des solutions système et des recommandations d'amélioration continue aux gestionnaires lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Surveille et rend compte des activités et fournit des informations de gestion pertinentes.
  • Participe régulièrement à des formations ou à des événements afin de maintenir et de développer ses connaissances et ses compétences pertinentes.
  • Agit en tant qu’agent de liaison divisionnaire pour les employés de CSA, en leur fournissant des connaissances sur les produits et l’accès aux normes, tout en promouvant les opportunités de produits et de services interdivisionnaires.

Formation :

Un baccalauréat en commerce et/ou en marketing est un atout.

Expérience :

  • Une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en vente, en marketing ou en service à la clientèle dans le domaine de la vente interentreprises est préférable
  • Une expérience minimale de 2 ans en vente et/ou en service à la clientèle est requise pour acquérir une connaissance de base des produits et services de CSA

Compétences :

  • Maîtrise de Word, Excel, PowerPoint et des applications de bases de données CRM – SAP et Salesforce constituent un atout
  • Compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication avec les clients internes et externes
  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes requise
  • Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
  • Maîtrise de l'informatique et esprit d'analyse
  • La maîtrise du français est obligatoire pour les candidats embauchés à notre bureau de Québec.
