Requiredqualifications:
Undergraduatedegreein agriculturalfinancing, business, or commerce
At leastsevenyearsofexperiencein agriculturalfinancing,creditanalysis,riskmanagement, andcomplexcreditdecision‑making, or anequivalentcombination ofeducationandexperience
In-depthknowledgeof Canadian agriculture and agriculturallendingpractices
Proficiencyin both official languages (English and French) and proven abilityinoral and written communication
Preferredqualifications:
Experiencein management, coaching, andprofessionalteamdevelopment
Memberof the Ordre des agronomes du Québec
