Job description
1. Qualifications The table below summarizes several requirements for this initiative. Responses are expected to identify how candidates will meet or exceed them. ID Subject Requirement Description 1.0 Expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Demonstrable knowledge and experience with the implementation and/or operational sustainment & support of Oracle Cloud Financials, including - General Ledger and Subledgers - Payables - Receivables - Expense Management - Cash Management - Budgetary Controls and Encumbrance Accounting - Asset Accounting - Workflows and approvals 2.0 Understanding of Oracle Project Management (Desired) Demonstrate an understanding of Oracle Project Management as it pertains to interactions with Oracle Financials. 3.0 Understanding of Oracle SCM (Desired) Demonstrate an understanding of Oracle Supply Chain Management as it pertains to interactions with Oracle Financials in Procurement-to-Payment processes. 4.0 Post-implementation support Candidates will need to demonstrate meaningful experience in operational use and sustainment of Oracle. 5.0 Financial accounting acumen User should demonstrate a solid understanding of typical business processes that rely upon Oracle Cloud Financials, such as Payables and Receivables processes, WIP capitalization and asset amortization processes, month-end and year-end accruals and close processes. 1. Deliverables - Appendix “A” to the Service Schedule Deliverables to be provided for this engagement, subject to budget constraints, are to include: ID Deliverable Description Target Date 1.0 Issue/incident support Support resolving operational issues with Oracle Financials. On-going 2.0 Release Management Support with the review and impact analysis of Release Notes On-going 3.0 Consultation Consultation services with respect to the County’s use of Oracle, such as opportunities for improvement. On-going 4.0 Implementation support Support the County with the implementation of new functionality, configuration changes, optimizations and improvements. On-going
