Job description
Elevate your expertise as a Clinical Trial IWRS Monitor with Everest Clinical Research. This pivotal role supports remote or on-site operations in Ontario, Canada, enhancing drug and clinical management services.

You will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality monitoring of clinical trial data. With essential experience in data processing and client relationship management, you will analyze issues and provide clear solutions that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes your ability to maintain quality standards across clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Manage issues and deliver solutions effectively • Conduct regular data quality checks and audits • Support initiation and training in IWRS/IRT processes • Review and maintain CTT specifications and documentation

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific fields • At least five years in clinical research roles • Proven experience with customer service in clinical settings • Strong analytical and communication abilities • Capability to utilize technology and web tools
