Job description
Join Baker Tilly as a Senior Tax Manager in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and shape your professional journey. Utilize your tax expertise to drive strategic client solutions and team development.

This position requires collaboration with partners and senior staff to manage tax planning assignments accurately. You will conduct extensive technical research, review tax returns, and consult with clients on their business and tax needs. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on tax planning assignments with senior staff • Conduct technical research and develop tax recommendations • Review business and individual tax returns prepared by the team • Consult with clients to identify business needs • Facilitate training sessions for staff development

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in accounting or a related field • In-depth Tax Program completion required • At least 7 years tax experience in a professional environment • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
