Responsibilities:
To prepare and place the products from suppliers
Must shop around for the best prices
Proceed to distribute the goods received to the other departments
To prepare future orders for the restaurant, bar and banquets
Prepare monthly inventories, prepare purchase orders and enter daily data
Other responsibilities will be added according to the needs and requests' of the company
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Must have good computer knowledge- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Must be able to communicate with all the levels of management and coworkers
Must be a team player
Must be available to work weekends, holidays and various shifts
Aptitude to manage its own time to achieve several tasks at the same time
Must be resourceful, energetic and autonomous
Bilingual: French and English
