What can I expect day to day? - Manage a full 180-degree recruitment desk, delivering end-to-end talent solutions across a broad portfolio of specialisms, including HR, Property, Construction, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and roles within Mining & Natural Resources. - Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates using a mix of job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and market-mapping tools. - Build, nurture, and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning. - Design and execute innovative and targeted sourcing strategies aligned with market conditions and client requirements. - Conduct ongoing market and talent intelligence research to identify trends, skill availability, and competitive insights. - Develop trusted, long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals, positioning yourself as a market expert and career advisor. - Partner closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. - Provide clear, regular reporting on sourcing activity, pipeline health, and recruitment performance against KPIs. - Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting the company’s culture, values, and employer value proposition to attract top-tier talent. - Ensure all candidate data is accurately maintained within the ATS, in line with compliance and best-practice standards. - Support and participate in client-facing interactions, including candidate presentations, market updates, and role briefings, as required. Who are we looking for? - Minimum 1+ year of recruitment experience, with demonstrated exposure to full-cycle - Agency recruitment experience is a strong asset, particularly within fast-paced or target-driven environments. - You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen. - You thrive on personal achievement. - You find purpose in helping people advance their careers and seeing companies grow. - Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities. - Strong team oriented working style - Exceptional verbal and written communication Compensation - Base salary of this role is $50,000 with a performance bonus.
