Job description
Join Homewood Health as an On-Site Trauma Response Counsellor in Toronto, Ontario. Deliver critical incident support and implement organizational crisis management strategies to enhance workplace safety and employee health.
This role is ideal for an experienced crisis management specialist offering on-site services on an occasional contract basis. You will engage in crisis interventions, provide professional debriefings, and consult with clients based on their specific organizational needs. Your clinical skills will make a significant impact during critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide on-site crisis management services promptly and professionally • Conduct individual and group crisis interventions effectively • Collaborate with CMS Managers throughout the intervention process • Maintain documentation of services per organizational guidelines
Requirements: • Master’s degree in a relevant field • 2+ years of crisis management experience • Accredited training in trauma response or related fields • Professional membership with a governing body • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
