Are you a healthcare administration professional who is fluent in Portuguese? We are looking for a
Provider Network Coordinator
to join our team in Toronto. This role is a vital link in our provider network, requiring someone who can communicate effectively with our international partners while managing contract administration and cost-containment initiatives.

to support our expansion and communication within Portuguese-speaking healthcare markets. Your ability to bridge the language gap will be key to our network’s success.
What You’ll Do:
Relationship Management:
Assist in identifying and onboarding healthcare providers while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
Contract Administration:
Keep our provider records, agreements, and credentialing data accurate and up to date.
Cost Containment:
Support pricing initiatives and identify billing variances to ensure network efficiency.
Data Analysis:
Prepare reports on provider utilization and billing trends to help us make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between providers, Claims, Finance, and Client Management teams.
What You Bring:
Language:
Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
Experience:
2+ years in healthcare administration, provider relations, or claims processing.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with medical terminology and contract structures.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and strong organizational abilities.
Compliance:
Understanding of PIPEDA/HIPAA or general healthcare regulatory requirements.
