We’re looking for a Workday People Systems & Analytics Specialist to join our rapidly growing People Systems & Analytics team in Dublin. This role is for someone who thrives in a rapid‑growth and high‑velocity environment, gets genuinely excited about making systems work better, digs into data, and helps the scaling organization run more smoothly.
About the team Our People Systems & Analytics team sits at the intersection of people, process and technology. We own and optimise the tools that power our People function, make sure our data is accurate and accessible, and help the wider business make better decisions through smart reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities
Play a key role in the implementation of Workday, covering configuration, day‑to‑day support, change management, and helping employees get comfortable with the new system.
Support testing across multiple Workday modules and act as a knowledgeable partner to People, IT and Finance teams as we roll things out.
Own documentation across systems and processes, keeping them accurate and up to date throughout the full lifecycle of each system.
Maintain the data integrity and information security of our HRIS and broader People Systems.
Create and iterate on documentation for future‑state People processes, proactively flagging areas for streamlining or improvement.
Support biannual system upgrades, including testing and assessing downstream impacts.
Build, maintain and optimise dashboards and reporting practices that power our People Analytics strategy.
Partner with People and Finance teams to extract and present data clearly, insightfully and usefully.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in the People function of a fast‑growing tech company, with a strong focus on HR Systems Workday and People Analytics.
A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational and auditing skills.
A solid understanding of best practices in People and HR analytics.
Experience building dashboards that make complex data understandable and actionable for non‑technical stakeholders.
Advanced spreadsheet skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
Bonus points for
A good grasp of database concepts, including the ability to write SQL queries.
Hands‑on experience configuring or implementing Workday across multiple functional areas.
