Our client requires a Business Analyst to lead parts of the clint organizations regulatory transformation including supporting the digitization and sustainment of the department’s regulatory evaluation and reporting processes and products. This position functions as an internal consultant and will work closely with the Regulatory Evaluation and Reporting (RER) team, divisional senior staff and subject matter experts to lead and facilitate the development of regulatory performance monitoring products such as online dashboards, reports, and trackers.
The position requires building strong relationships and working collaboratively across department branches to ensure regulatory evaluation and reporting is data-driven and contextualized. The resources needs to be experienced with data analysis and management of business information and can identify inconsistencies and trends in data and reports. The individual will have the ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business users and leads.
Resources will work primarily remotely but must be available to be on-site when requested for quarterly meetings or work sessions. Standard Hours of work are 08:15 – 16:30 Alberta time. Work must be done from within Canada, due to network and data security issues. Resource is responsible to pay for travel to on-site meetings.
