Apply Lean methodologies to map current‑state processes, identify administrative waste, and drive sustainable improvements within Planning, Supply Chain and Customer Service
Partner with Process Owners and key stakeholders to uncover optimization opportunities and implement best practices
Facilitate structured Lean workshops (e.g., value stream mapping, Kaizen events) and lead process redesign initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global business strategy in collaboration with the PEX Steering Committee
Monitor and report on KPIs tied to process efficiency and Lean performance, translating insights into actionable improvements
Lead change management efforts to adopt and sustain a Lean mindset
Collaborate with IT to enable digital solutions that support Lean and efficient workflows
Develop and uphold global CI standards, governance frameworks, and Lean best practices
Stay current on Lean advancements, digitalization trends, and process excellence methodologies
Your Impact Your work will directly shape the future of our global operations. By embedding Lean thinking into everyday administrative practices, you’ll help build smarter, more efficient administrative processes and a culture focused on continuous improvement across regions.
You’ll join a collaborative, international team spanning Europe and North America, reporting to the Head of Global Process Excellence at our Danish headquarters.
