Drive continuous improvement initiatives , leveraging data, lessons learned, and innovation to optimize project outcomes

Strengthen project governance , including scope management, financial performance, scheduling, and quality assurance

Foster a culture of accountability and high performance , empowering teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards

Lead and mentor senior technical specialists, project managers, and emerging leaders , building a high-performing and inclusive team

Strengthen client relationships and expand strategic accounts

through trusted advisory leadership and technical credibility

Champion meaningful Indigenous engagement , supporting respectful partnerships and integration of Indigenous knowledge into project delivery

Champion safety, quality, and risk management

across all programs and service lines

Represent the organization

with clients, regulators, Indigenous Nations, and stakeholders across BC

Proven leadership experience overseeing

regional or multi-office multidisciplinary teams

Strong working knowledge of

BC and federal environmental legislation and assessment processes
