Job description
Join Stanley Black & Decker as a Marketing Manager in Mississauga, Ontario, where you'll lead a talented team and execute strategies for product growth. This role demands strong leadership and an analytical mindset.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will direct various aspects of product management, including pricing strategies and promotional execution, all while managing the P&L. Your insights into the Canadian market will help shape impactful marketing strategies across multiple channels. Collaborate closely with both Canadian Sales Teams and US marketing personnel to refine and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee P&L responsibilities for product lines • Implement strategic business plans for growth • Drive innovative product launches and marketing initiatives • Collaborate with teams globally for streamlined execution • Track and measure financial performance

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred • 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience • Strong CPG marketing knowledge • Analytical skills for effective strategy evaluation • Superior communication and collaboration skills
