About this team This role partners with P&C Centers of Excellence (e.g. Health & Wealth, People Practices and Compliance teams), Process Design Consultants, Technology teams & pers to deliver an optimized digital experience for our people. This is achieve through the delivery of recurring program work, projects, system/process enhancements, data quality and reporting through our HRIS system and supporting technology solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Act as technical P&C subject matter expert for both new and reoccurring initiatives to ensure seamless and on-time delivery (incl. intake, analysis, prioritization, deployment planning, testing, test management, tracking, progress reporting and implementation) for ServiceNow
Field & direct requests from cross-functional partners for new or changed digital enhancements through our formalized intake process to ensure alignment with our strategic goals for prioritization
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and influence requirements to reflect ServiceNow capabilities
Conduct root cause analysis and research to provide solution recommendations to peers & stakeholders
Partner with People Technology teams to configure solution, ensuring compliance with relevant HR program/policy/procedures
Create and maintain systems configuration requirement documents pertaining to new or changing functionality
Communicate cross-pillar dependencies to P&C Systems Manager, Scrum Leads, peer Functional Analysts & IT People Systems team to mitigate risks in downstream systems
Create and update knowledge base articles, job aids and training materials to support change management stemming from system or process changes
Report creation and regular data audits to mitigate data quality issues in our core system of record
Identify people systems optimization opportunities (data, process, functionality)
Vendor management activities such as ticket escalation, reproducing system errors and support maintenance of issue log
Coach and train People Experience Centre team members so that they have the knowledge needed to confidently support the business with ticket requests
Support P&C Partners/stakeholders with training and day to day Q&A
Resolve ServiceNow/Workday inbox ticket escalations and troubleshoot as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst (or similar)
Deep subject matter expertise of ServiceNow with strong working knowledge of HR case management, knowledge management and employee center pro
Moderate knowledge of Workday business processes such as job changes, leave requests, compensation changes, merit and bonus programs for hourly and salary employees + downstream systems to flow to payroll
Strong requirements management skills incl. elicitation, scoping, prioritization, risks/issues management
Ideal candidate has experience working with Jira & Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Experience identifying, analyzing and resolving issues identified through audits and testing activities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines
Excellent written & verbal communication skills - both with internal stakeholders across all levels and external vendors
Very organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker
Confident creating and delivering training and communications
Enjoys identifying and executing on process improvement strategies

Compensation and Benefits Package Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$71,400-$93,800
annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.
