Job description
Shape judicial architecture as a Technical Architect specializing in Justice projects. This position combines aesthetic vision with practical design to enhance legal facilities.

In this role, you will utilize your architectural expertise acquired over 10-15 years to provide comprehensive design solutions. Your proficiency in tools like Revit and AutoCAD will be crucial in drafting thorough construction documents. Work in synergy with the design team to ensure that each project meets aesthetic standards while adhering to strict safety regulations and budgets.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and edit technical designs and architectural drawings • Analyze site conditions and perform comprehensive surveys • Engage in code research and material system analysis • Prepare permit responses and coordinate with relevant consultants • Address any design constructability issues with contractors

Requirements: • 10-15 years of experience in project phases • Proficient in architectural design software including Revit and AutoCAD • Understanding of building codes and MEP systems • Completion of relevant post-secondary architectural education • Advantageous to hold registration with a professional association
