Job description
Step into the role of System Engineer at Geek+ based in San Diego, California, where you will tackle complex client needs through innovative robotics technology. This position primarily involves system implementation and client support in diverse environments.

In this position, you'll be the main point of contact for clients across various sectors, ensuring their operational demands are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include configuring software solutions for robotic fleets, facilitating integrations, and conducting comprehensive testing. Your goal is to enhance user experience and alleviate system issues through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and configure software for logistics robotics • Manage databases and server operations on Linux platforms • Conduct functional and integration testing with clients • Provide tech support during and after system implementations • Develop training documentation for user operations

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical fields • Minimum one year of technical support experience • Proficient in tools like Redis, Nginx, and SQL • Familiarity with Linux environments and online collaboration tools • Strong written and spoken English with travel availability
