Senior Ecosystem Specialist

• Facilities Management – Conduct daily morning inspections of the Ecosystems to ensure operational readiness, identify deficiencies and report to the Facilities Management (FM) shared mailbox for resolution or escalation. Liaise with Sr. FM team members for all premises related matters such as office moves, and coordination of premises and building related matters (relocations, office planning) while ensuring minimal interruptions to business operations.* Relationship Management – Address employee experience feedback received through emails, tenant requests and face-to-face interactions. Manage and resolve requests, concerns, issues and complaints escalated within the ecosystem related to maintenance, supplies, behaviours, etc.* Work Order Management – Monitor office and furniture requirements and service requests, submit work orders for required repairs of all equipment, furniture, premises, etc. Liaise with Day Custodians to ensure that deficiencies are reported, monitored and addressed. Manage and monitor the tenant work order system and inventory asset management system to ensure all work orders are adhered to per the SLA’s.* Continuous Improvement – Embed Continuous Improvement approach in your day-to-day activities. Actively works towards enhancing and developing process improvements and conducts ongoing evaluation of the existing processes and practices.* You have demonstrated experience in administrative, business support or facilities coordinator function, in a fast-paced environment. It is an asset if you have a Post-Secondary education in Facilities Management or Hospitality Management.* You act like an owner.
