Job description
Shape the future of sales with our innovative approach at the Director, Sales Enablement position. This strategic role ensures go-to-market teams are equipped for success.

As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, your efforts will drive sales productivity and revenue growth. Your focus on strategic deal enablement and insights will optimize performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Define and lead enterprise-wide sales enablement strategy • Support complex, high-value sales opportunities and strategies • Act as a connector across Sales, Marketing, and Operations • Own customer onboarding and account management transitions • Track enablement KPIs and translate insights into actions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • 10+ years in Sales or Sales Enablement roles • Experience with complex deal cycles and financial acumen • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders • Experience in building scalable tools and frameworks
