You will be responsible for managing reservations through our online software, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating essential park services including room cleaning, maintenance requests, vendor relations, and landscaping.
This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality management and the ability to execute annual maintenance plans effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of documented management experience in the hospitality industry and retail customer service
Strong analytical and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer operations, including experience with spreadsheet software (training will be provided for specific systems).
Familiarity with modern operational technology, including Wi‑Fi networks, email platforms, and mobile applications.
Experience processing payments and handling financial transactions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support daily hospitality operations.
Must be a current resident of Powell River, BC, or willing to relocate (this position is not suitable for daily commuting).

List of Duties Key Responsibilities:As the Lead RV Park Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the RV park and supervising two Support Administrators.
Managing reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs using online booking software.
Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries professionally.
Coordinating and scheduling room cleaning, maintenance requests, and landscaping services.
Managing vendor relationships and coordinating external services as needed.
Executing and overseeing the park’s annual maintenance plans.
Processing payments, including charging credit cards for walk‑in customers.
Utilizing technology effectively, including managing Wi‑Fi access, emails, and various operational apps.
Ensuring a physical on‑site presence for a minimum of 4 hours per day.
About the Role:Westcoast Endeavours ULC is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and experienced Lead RV Park Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the newly constructed Pine Tree Community RV Park in Powell River, BC. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will manage all administrative functions, coordinate park services, and supervise a team of two Support Administrators.
Compensation and Benefits:We offer competitive compensation based on your choice of housing arrangements with and without on‑site housing options; hourly rates are experience and skills dependent.
Housing Option Details:For candidates interested in on‑site living, we offer a 2‑bedroom rental unit located in the main house. This unit includes hydro, Wi‑Fi, garbage collection, and private laundry facilities. Both the position and the provided housing are dog-friendly.
Work Schedule:Hours will fluctuate based on the season. The position will commence as full‑time to establish park operations, with hours likely shifting to part‑time during the winter season (October through May). Typical shifts will be mid‑day to support check‑ins and check‑outs, and applicants must be prepared to work weekends as our hospitality services operate 7 days a week.
