Job description
Join Vision33 as a Cloud Delivery Manager, headquartered in Eastern Canada, and shape seamless cloud delivery experiences for clients. Drive operational excellence and communication clarity to ensure successful go-live outcomes.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will manage a team dedicated to providing high-quality cloud services to clients in North America and the UK. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from delivery to production while aligning commercial commitments with delivery expectations. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively during critical moments and advocate for customers.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end cloud delivery and go-live processes • Maintain production readiness through strict adherence to standards • Align operational delivery with sales expectations • Act as a delivery lead coordinating across teams • Monitor SLA performance from go-live and identify risks

Requirements: • Experience in cloud service delivery management • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple teams • Proven people management skills with a focus on coaching • Understanding of Azure or AWS quoting tools • Ability to engage with stakeholders across NA and UK time zones
