Job description

Who we are:

Greenbook is building the connected intelligence layer for agricultural inputs, bringing together everything from regulatory information to real-world, on-farm decision-making in one place. Our goal is simple: help ag professionals make faster, more confident crop input decisions with the right data at the right moment. We sit at the center of the ag ecosystem, connecting manufacturers, retailers, agronomists, and growers through a single, trusted platform.

Part of Semios Group:

Greenbook is part of Semios Group. Founded in 2010, Semios Group is a leading agricultural technology company helping growers, agronomists, and ag retailers manage over 100 million acres across five countries. Semios pioneered variable-rate pheromone-based mating disruption in orchards and has since expanded into a comprehensive portfolio covering crop protection, water management, frost control, automation, and a leading farm management information system. Semios Group includes trusted brands such as Semios, Agworld, Altrac, and Greenbook. We continue to drive the next generation of digital agriculture, supporting growers, agronomists and ag retailers in improving sustainability and profitability.

Who you are:

You’re motivated by making a real-world impact and care deeply about growers and the people who support them. You take the time to listen, learn, and understand the daily realities of farming and agriculture.

You believe great technology only matters when it truly serves its users. No matter your role, you value strong relationships, practical innovation, and collaboration built on trust.

Curious, collaborative, and impact-driven, you’re excited to help shape the future of digital agriculture alongside a team that shares your commitment to meaningful progress—for growers and for the industry.

What you will do:

As the Senior Product Manager, Greenbook, you will lead strategy and execution across core areas of our AgTech SaaS platform. This role will own key product initiatives spanning grower workflows, data-driven capabilities, and platform infrastructure, ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful value to growers, agronomists, and agricultural enterprises.

In this role, you will also focus on Crop Inputs label database functionality, redesigning the product for the existing platform and new growth opportunities from independent users, product manufacturers, and ag retailers. Greenbook also collaborates with AI to enable an agronomist efficiency use case.

You will develop commercially viable SaaS solutions for agronomists, ag retailers, and product manufacturers, including features such as crop input technical decision support, agronomist efficiency tools, and point-of-product selection marketing.

Key Drivers:

Existing Product Redesign & Commercialization

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and revenue targets.
  • Own and evolve the roadmap across key product areas including grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities through analytics, integrations, APIs, and data-driven features.

Customer & Market Insight

  • Conduct customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and agricultural partners to deeply understand operational workflows and unmet needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Translate complex agricultural workflows and data insights into intuitive digital experiences.

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Lead product development from discovery through delivery.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, strategic value, and technical feasibility.

Data & Platform Capabilities

  • Drive development of scalable platform capabilities, including data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and integrations.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Define and track product KPIs and usage metrics to guide continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure product initiatives support go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the pricing, packaging, and commercialization of advanced product capabilities.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance insights to stakeholders
  • Greenbook and Agworld NA collaborate closely, with Greenbook identifying and shaping product labeling capabilities (including compliance-related data), while the NA PM integrates and operationalizes those capabilities within FMIS workflows, and joint ownership of "compliance" - the intersection of label data, product usage (application workflows), and external reporting requirements.

12- month success metrics will include:

  • Increased adoption and utilization across core product workflows
  • Improved onboarding activation and feature utilization
  • Increased revenue retention and expansion
  • Growth in the usage of data-driven and platform capabilities
  • Successful delivery of roadmap initiatives on time and within scope

Requirements

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or related discipline)
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and launching complex products with data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics
  • Strong technical fluency (data pipelines, cloud systems)
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and data science teams
  • A background in IoT, geospatial, ML, or AgTech is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Deep passion and desire to work in a purpose-led, category leading company to solve some of the most pressing problems facing humanity in the context of climate, food and health

Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year

We publish a salary range to provide transparency and represent the full growth potential of the role; as a result, offers are made based on demonstrated mastery and experience and generally fall near the midpoint. Please note that the base pay may also vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and experience, geographic location, as well as business and organizational needs.

Benefits

Why this is the opportunity for you:

  • Purposeful Work: Make a global impact by advancing sustainable food production.
  • Our People: Work with a fun, collaborative, and supportive team.
  • Recharge: Generous vacation policy, company-paid holidays and year-end winter break.
  • Work Flexibility: Hybrid working arrangements and strong work-life balance culture.
  • Prioritize Your Well-Being: Access comprehensive health plans designed to support your physical and mental health.
  • Plan For Your Future: Group RRSP, which includes a 3% company paid match.
  • Location: Office location that is convenient via transit and bike paths.

At Semios Group, we value the full range of experience and perspectives people bring—not just what’s listed in a job description. If your background is a close match, we encourage you to apply. If you need accommodations during the interview process, please let us know.

We welcome all applicants regardless of race, gender, orientation, sexual identity, economic class, ability, disability, age, religious beliefs or disbeliefs, or status. We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
