Au quotidien tu devras :
  • Participer à la définition de projets et élaborer des concepts (ingénierie conceptuelle, préliminaire et détaillée)
  • Établir les bases de conception
  • Effectuer les calculs de bilans de masse et d'énergie, la simulation de procédés, la préparation des diagrammes de procédé (P&ID), les calculs hydrauliques, la sélection et le dimensionnement d'équipements et de tuyauterie
  • Assurer le contrôle qualité des différents livrables en procédé des projets
  • Organiser la coordination interdisciplinaire
  • Coordonner les différentes tâches des projets
  • Effectuer le suivi et le contrôle des budgets d’heures et des échéances des livrables de procédé des projets
  • Supervision technique possible d'ingénieur plus junior sur des projets


Exigences :
  • Baccalauréat en génie chimique
  • Être membre de l'APEGNB.
  • Expérience en industrie lourde et/ou en génie conseil
  • Langues parlées et écrites : Anglais (le français est un atout).

  • Expérience pertinente en industries lourdes: raffinages, chimiques, pétrochimiques
  • Connaissance des logiciels de simulation des procédés:Hysys, PipeFlo (Un atout : Aspen Plus, Pro/II, EDR)
  • Excellentes aptitudes à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication
  • Bonnes aptitudes à diriger une équipe de travail
  • Familiarité avec les concepts de gestion de sécurité opérationnelle

On a daily basis you will have to:
  • Participate in project identification and design concepts (conceptual engineering, preliminary and detailed)
  • Establish the design bases
  • Perform calculations of mass balance and energy, process simulation, preparation of process diagrams (P & ID), hydraulic calculations and the selection and sizing of equipment and piping
  • Ensure quality control of various deliverables in process projects
  • Prepare equipment and instruments data sheet
  • Organize interdisciplinary coordination
  • Coordinate project tasks
  • Monitor and control budgets and deadlines hours deliverables process projects
  • Possible technical supervision of junior engineer on projects.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
  • Member of APEGNB
  • Experience in heavy industry and / or consulting engineering
  • Spoken and written languages: English (French is an asset)

  • Relevant experience in consulting engineering
  • Relevant experience in heavy industries: Refining, chemical, petrochemical
  • Knowledge of software process simulation: Hysys, PipeFlo (an asset: Aspen Plus, Pro/II, Tasc, Acol)
  • Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Good communication skills
  • Good ability to lead a team
  • Familiarity with the concepts of process safety management
