Job description
Lead pre-construction initiatives with EBC as the Bilingual Director of Pre-Construction and Development. This role can be based anywhere in Canada and focuses on strategic market representation.

As the Bilingual Director of Pre-Construction and Development, you will represent EBC across key Canadian markets, ensuring brand continuity and visibility. Your extensive experience in the construction industry, coupled with a strong project leadership background, will direct your efforts in managing relationships with public and private sector clients. This is a key position requiring substantial travel and collaboration to secure new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Represent EBC in key markets nationwide • Maintain relationships with public and private clients • Identify and track new project opportunities • Develop winning strategies for project delivery • Foster partnerships, including First Nation collaborations

Requirements: • Over 20 years in construction; varied experience preferred • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • Proven success in large-scale projects • Strong bilingual communication skills • Willingness to travel frequently
