Job description
Drive impactful growth as SharkNinja's Director of Strategic Sales & Analytics in Mississauga. This pivotal role focuses on expanding market share and optimizing retail performance across product lines.

As a senior leader at SharkNinja, you will lead the charge in Canada’s strategic sales and analytics, fostering an ownership mindset within your team. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, you'll shape the product roadmap and pricing strategies while guiding your team to achieve key performance indicators. Your role is critical to the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic sales efforts to enhance revenue and market share • Develop sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes • Oversee performance discussions and action planning • Strengthen retailer relationships to maximize distribution
