Job description
Lead a dedicated team as a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager at Paladin Airport Security Services in Yellowknife. Focus on screening operations while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Paladin is seeking a full-time Bilingual Service Delivery Manager at Yellowknife Airport. This critical role requires overseeing screening operations and managing a diverse team of Screening Officers. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and achieving key performance indicators while promoting compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee airport screening operations and team performance • Foster a positive, diverse environment among Screening Officers • Manage relationships with aviation security stakeholders • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend recognition programs

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or two years of post-secondary education • Three years in a protective service leadership role • Knowledge of security legislation and employment law • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Fluency in English and French
