We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to design, build, and scale high quality web applications that support critical business and customer experiences. This role is hands‑on and technical, with strong expectations around system design, code quality, performance, security, and mentoring less experienced developers.

You will partner closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and platform teams to deliver resilient, accessible, and performant web solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

In this role, you will:

Design, develop, test, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using contemporary front‑end frameworks and tooling.

Translate business and product requirements into well‑architected technical solutions that scale securely and reliably.

Lead front‑end technical design, including component architecture, state management, and API integration patterns.

Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code; conduct and participate in code reviews.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, polished, and user‑centric experiences.

Work closely with backend, DevOps, and cloud platform teams to support end‑to‑end delivery.

Identify and remediate technical debt; continuously improve development standards and practices.

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to intermediate and junior developers.

Support production releases and contribute to incident resolution and root‑cause analysis when required.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

8+ years of professional experience in web application development.

Deep hands‑on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (React preferred).

Proven experience building component‑based architectures and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

Solid understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices (OWASP), and accessibility standards.

Experience with modern build tools and ecosystems (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn, CI/CD pipelines).

Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience working in large, enterprise or regulated environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET) and microservices architectures.

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

Knowledge of design systems and enterprise UX standards.

Prior experience leading or owning front‑end technical strategy on major initiatives.
