We are currently seeking a C&SU Coordinator for a site-based role in Northern Saskatchewan. This position follows a 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out rotation with 11-hour days and includes flights from Saskatoon & Prince Albert only. Accommodations are provided.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for supporting and leading commissioning activities on a major project site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution from planning through to turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning activities safely in alignment with all site safety systems and requirements
- Coordinate and direct commissioning teams to execute work according to approved plans and procedures
- Plan and support commissioning activities across multiple project areas in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
- Execute field commissioning activities in accordance with schedules, drawings, and commissioning plans
- Coordinate daily with operations and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of commissioning work
- Source, organize, and manage permits, tools, and equipment required for field execution
- Verify completion, accuracy, and readiness of commissioning tasks completed by field teams
- Ensure turnover documentation is complete, accurate, and meets quality expectations
- Confirm all work is completed in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and project requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of commissioning, construction, or industrial project experience
- Strong coordination, communication, and field leadership capability
- Mechanical or Instrumentation trade background considered an asset
- Computer proficiency
- Valid First Aid certification is an asset
- WHMIS certification
- Previous industrial or site-based experience
