Position Overview

Autodesk is hiring a Senior Manager to lead our Global Contingent Workforce program. You’ll own strategy, operations, and MSP performance across North America, LATAM, and expanding EMEA markets—driving a more standardized, compliant, and scalable way to engage external talent.

You’ll lead a team of 4 regional managers, partner with senior leaders across the business, and work closely with HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence globally are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own global strategy: Move Autodesk toward a consistent, scalable model for engaging contingent talent

  • Lead MSP ecosystem: Manage MSP partners across regions (U.S., Canada, LATAM, India, EMEA), including rollout and performance

  • Run operations: Standardize intake, onboarding, and lifecycle processes; improve speed, compliance, and experience

  • Drive adoption of Fieldglass: Ensure consistent use and optimization of SAP Fieldglass where MSPs exist

  • Partner cross-functionally: Align with HR, Legal, Tax, Finance, and senior business leaders on policy, compliance, and workforce needs

  • Use data to lead: Build visibility into spend, performance, and risks; drive decisions with clear metrics

  • Manage spend strategy: In partnership with Strategic Sourcing, define and drive contingent workforce spend strategy, including rate optimization and cost savings targets

  • Reduce off-program spend: Increase program adoption and governance to minimize non-compliant or off-program engagements

  • Drive supplier strategy: Lead supplier segmentation, performance management, and benchmarking to improve quality, speed, and cost competitiveness

  • Modernize with AI: Apply automation and AI to improve sourcing, workflows, and program insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in contingent workforce, procurement, or HR operations; 3–5+ years leading teams

  • Experience managing global MSP programs and vendor ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of worker classification, compliance, and regional labor considerations

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate with executive presence

  • Track record of driving standardization in complex, global environments

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or global tech companies

  • Exposure to AI/automation in operations or procurement

  • Experience scaling programs across EMEA

  • Program adoption and compliance

Autodesk recherche un(e) responsable senior pour diriger son programme mondial de main-d'œuvre temporaire. Vous serez en charge de la stratégie, des opérations et de la performance des prestataires de services de gestion de personnel (MSP) en Amérique du Nord, en Amérique latine et sur les marchés en expansion de la zone EMEA, en mettant en place une approche plus standardisée, conforme et évolutive pour recruter des talents externes.

Vous dirigerez une équipe de 4 responsables régionaux, collaborerez avec les hauts dirigeants de l’entreprise et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les services RH, juridique, fiscal et financier. Une forte présence exécutive et la capacité d’exercer une influence à l’échelle mondiale sont essentielles.

Responsabilités

  • Définir la stratégie mondiale : Faire évoluer Autodesk vers un modèle cohérent et évolutif pour l'engagement de talents occasionnels

  • Diriger l'écosystème MSP : Gérer les partenaires MSP dans toutes les régions (États-Unis, Canada, Amérique latine, Inde, EMEA), y compris le déploiement et la performance

  • Gérer les opérations : Standardiser les processus d'accueil, d'intégration et de gestion du cycle de vie ; améliorer la rapidité, la conformité et l'expérience

  • Favoriser l’adoption de Fieldglass : Garantir une utilisation cohérente et l’optimisation de SAP Fieldglass là où des MSP sont présents

  • Collaborer de manière transversale : Coordonner avec les RH, le service juridique, le service fiscal, le service financier et les dirigeants de l’entreprise sur les politiques, la conformité et les besoins en main-d’œuvre

  • Utiliser les données pour diriger : Assurer la visibilité sur les dépenses, les performances et les risques ; prendre des décisions à l’aide d’indicateurs clairs

  • Gérer la stratégie de dépenses : En partenariat avec l’équipe d’approvisionnement stratégique, définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de dépenses liée à la main-d’œuvre temporaire, y compris l’optimisation des tarifs et les objectifs de réduction des coûts

  • Réduire les dépenses hors programme : Renforcer l'adoption et la gouvernance du programme afin de minimiser les missions non conformes ou hors programme

  • Piloter la stratégie fournisseurs : Diriger la segmentation des fournisseurs, la gestion des performances et l'analyse comparative afin d'améliorer la qualité, la rapidité et la compétitivité des coûts

  • Moderniser grâce à l'IA : Appliquer l'automatisation et l'IA pour améliorer l'approvisionnement, les flux de travail et la compréhension du programme

Qualifications minimales

  • 8 à 12 ans d'expérience dans la main-d'œuvre temporaire, les achats ou les opérations RH ; 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la direction d'équipes

  • Expérience dans la gestion de programmes MSP mondiaux et d'écosystèmes de fournisseurs

  • Solide compréhension de la classification des travailleurs, de la conformité et des considérations régionales en matière de travail

  • Expérience pratique avec SAP Fieldglass ou un VMS similaire

  • Capacité avérée à influencer les parties prenantes de haut niveau et à agir avec une présence exécutive

  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite de la standardisation dans des environnements mondiaux complexes

  • Esprit analytique et solides compétences en résolution de problèmes

Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
