Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of production and maintenance strategies • Ensure compliance with quality management systems • Monitor and improve galvanizing processes for optimal performance • Manage plant budgets and operational costs effectively • Enhance team capabilities through coaching and development
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in plant management • Familiarity with heavy industrial or galvanizing operations preferred • Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental practices • Lean Six Sigma certification advantageous
