Job description

As an assembler-moulder, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to : Manufacture rubber tracks while following each step of the manufacturing recipe Set up and operate the press and any other equipment used for production Understand and follow the documentation for the various production models Ensure product quality at each step of the process Respect all safety rules, factory regulations and work procedures in place Keep your workplace clean Perform any other related tasks Permanent full-time position Shift: night shifts (3x12h 1 Saturday/month) Salary: starting at $28.43/hr salary progression over 2 years Shift premium: $1.50/hr evening / $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr Can you see yourself in this position?
