At King Mazda, part of Steele Auto Group, our Sales Consultants play a key role in creating an exceptional and stress free buying experience. From the first conversation to the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle, you will focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them to the Mazda that best fits their lifestyle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning new skills, and turning conversations into meaningful outcomes. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who bring the right attitude and drive.

Compensation This is a commission-based role; high-performing Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn $,+ annually. Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount. What Your Day Could Look Like
  • Connecting with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  • Learning about customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
  • Presenting vehicle features, benefits, and test drives with confidence
  • Following up with prospects and building long term customer relationships
  • Working with finance and management teams to finalize deals
  • Staying informed on new Mazda models, technology, and promotions
  • Contributing to a positive and high energy sales team environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive sales experience is not required; but is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A driven, goal oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Professional presentation and a customer first approach
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
  • A team player who thrives in a performance driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
