What YOU Will Do
Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, you will have the opportunity to assume important and diversified duties and responsibilities that will enable you to contribute to the smooth running of various internal boards and committees by providing support to Pomerleau's corporate affairs and to the management of the CEO's office.
- Coordinate the administrative process of all internal committees and executive-level bodies;
- Ensure the execution of various mandates between departments;
- Draft documents of various nature (agendas, e-mail messages, minutes, etc.);
- Act as a point of contact for the Chief of Staff, assigning requests as needed and facilitating the execution of certain tasks and responsibilities;
- Coordinate various meetings, including the preparation of necessary documents and / or presentations;
- Be responsible for e-mail management, effectively structuring a filing system;
- Ensure the follow-up and prioritization of tasks, as well as the quality of processes in place;
- Participate in special projects;
- Translate various departmental communications;
- Summarize information transmitted by various stakeholders and / or managers (Power point) ;
- Ensure quality customer service, both verbal and written.
What YOU Will Bring
- 5 years' relevant experience in administrative support in corporate governance and / or internal committee management;
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or AEC in a relevant field;
- Perfect bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written (essential);
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point and Outlook);
- Knowledge of Diligent Board (asset).
- Excellent sense of organization and responsibility, as well as good political sense;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Good judgment and ability to anticipate needs and / or requirements.
