THE ROLE
As theSenior ProjectManager/ Project Manager,Enterprise AI Enablement,you will:
Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvementofenterprise AIprojects that directly contribute to Aritzia’s strategic growth initiatives
Orchestrate internal and external multi-disciplinary teams and technology resources through critical dependencies and timelines
Lead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilities
Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
Partner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and change
THEQUALIFICATIONS
TheSenior Project Manager / Project Manager,Enterprise AI Enablement has:
Proven and best-in-class skills,education,and/orapplicable certificationsthat are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP
Experience withAIwork in a Retail organization is preferred
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia'sValues andBusiness and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment toquality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at thislevel is$100,000 - $300,000peryear. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
