Director, Project Controls - Major Projects (High Voltage Utility Construction)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Project Controls is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and governing the systems, processes, and analytical discipline required to plan, monitor, and forecast performance across complex transmission, substation, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
This role is accountable for building and enforcing a standardized, integrated project controls function that provides accurate, decision-grade visibility into cost, schedule, and risk across the Major Projects portfolio.
The position operates in direct partnership with Project Directors, Construction Leadership, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between execution, financial performance, and contractual obligations.
