THE TEAM

The mission of the Trims Department is to source and manufacture a world-class portfolio of trims that deliver on our Everyday Luxury promise.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Trims team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for identifying sourcing and developing a world-class portfolio of trims which fulfill the creative vision and are delivered on-time at a competitive price. As the Senior Associate/Associate Trims you will support with executing the day-to-day responsibilities of Aritzias trim strategy and working cross-functionally across Aritzias Product Division to secure and deliver high-quality and effective trims. THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate/Associate Trims you will support the team to:

• Source and develop partnerships with geographically strategic world-class trims suppliers that deliver on our Everyday Luxury promise.
• Find the best Everyday Luxury trims.
• Secure the best possible quality trims against defined standards.
• Manage and maintain trims data within the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) system.
• Negotiate the best possible trims lead times without compromising quality.
• Negotiate the best possible trims margins without compromising lead-time and quality.
• Ensure world-class execution delivering high quality timely and cost-effective trims while managing trims data through PLM.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Associate/Associate Trims has:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in sourcing trims and supporting the negotiation of lead-time and margins with Suppliers.

• A commitment to learn apply champion and enrich Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles.

• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.

• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.

• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50000 - $150000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
