THE ROLE
Were looking for a Senior Business Operations professional to embed within our Product and Engineering organization and help it run better. This isnt a support role its a high-visibility hands-on position for someone who can translate strategy into execution build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Youll work directly with senior leadership and across functions operating at the intersection of product delivery operational excellence and strategic planningreal leadership exposure from day one.

Base Salary: CAD $80000 $90000 per year plus annual bonus Total compensation determined based on experience and qualifications
