With ongoing growth they are seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand market reach and strengthen relationships with retailers distributors and foodservice customers.
The Sales Manager will lead revenue growth across retail wholesale and foodservice channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Canadian grocery landscape who excels at relationship building and identifying opportunities for both new and existing products.
You will collaborate closely with operations production and marketing teams to ensure strong execution and profitable growth.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Qualifications 35 years of sales experience in CPG dairy food manufacturing or grocery retail Strong understanding of Canadian retail (Loblaws Sobeys Metro Costco independents distributors etc.) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical ability (pricing margins forecasting promotional planning) Ability to travel regionally for store visits meetings and events Selfmotivated organized and able to manage multiple priorities Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
