• Flexible hours of work are Monday through Friday from approximately 9-5 PM (you would work a 40-hour workweek encompassing travel time to and from sites)

Responsibilities

Clinical Consultant Pharmacist - Lethbridge, AB - Healthcare

• Ensuring compliance with AB College of Pharmacy requirements
• Ensuring service excellence in pharmacy service delivery at long-term care homes by educating and consulting with nurses and other HCPs
• Conducting medication reviews and auditing distribution
• Demonstrating leadership and collaborative abilities in order to establish strong relationships with partner organizations
• Visiting homes as required in order to perform clinical consulting responsibilities, in addition to providing clinical services virtually or by phone

Qualifications

Clinical Consultant Pharmacist - Lethbridge, AB - Healthcare

• Licensed Pharmacist in ab and in good standing with the College of Pharmacy (recent grads are encouraged to apply)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships and providing excellent service for all patients
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
• As travel is a requirement for this position, possession of a vehicle and valid driver's license are mandatory
• Injection certification is preferred
• Ability to work productively in an autonomous role
• Computer savvy, ideally with experience using Kroll; other proprietary computer system(s) will be used and training provided
