The Opportunity Reporting to the Director, BTO, you are responsible for supporting the achievement of The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group (CMIG) corporate goals, strategy, business plans and budgets. You are accountable for the effective and efficient integration of continuous improvement, business process optimization and workforce planning across Operations and the broader organization. In this role, you will support the organization by identifying and implementing efficiencies, advancing standard operating practices and applying industry best practices to deliver measurable results. Through strong collaboration and people enablement, you will support the organization in maximizing efficiency, performance and overall effectiveness while operating in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Provide analysis and insights to support performance reporting
Support development of processes, procedures, and operational frameworks
Enable employee engagement through problem solving and improvement initiatives
What You Will Bring
3-5 years of relevant experience
University degree or equivalent experience is an asset
Experience supporting Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvements focused work including knowledge of tools and methodologies used to support the following programs: BPM 2.0, DMAIC, MS Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
