The Grader Operator plays a key role in road construction and maintenance, completing both rough and fine grade finishing to meet project requirements. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong understanding of grade and slope, and the ability to work safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
