The Quality Assurance Chemist will be responsible for the routine and nonroutine QA testing on raw, intermediate, and finished products. Accountability includes validating methods and maintaining Quality assurance data and records. The Quality Assurance Chemist performs testing and provides continuous support to external and in internal customers in accordance with the Quality Management System. This role has a deadline of December 31, 2023.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :
- Ensure a focus on quality, service excellence and efficiency within areas of responsibility
- Routine Quality Assurance testing; provide guidance and evaluation of raw materials and Blending Plant products
- Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization
- Observe all established Safety protocols and actively participate in Health and Safety Program
- Contribute to Laboratory documentation as related to Safety, Quality, and training
- Perform other duties as required
