Job description

THE ROLE

As the Head of Lease Management, you will lead the team to:

  • Ensure strong governance and integrity of lease data, documentation, and tenant rights, maintaining accuracy, audit readiness, and confidence in portfolio information throughout the lease lifecycle.
  • Provide oversight of lease rights, obligations, and financial terms, ensuring compliance, landlord accountability, and effective coordination with Legal, Finance, and other internal partners.
  • Deliver clear portfolio-level insight into lease milestones and commitments to support proactive planning, informed decision-making, and long-term portfolio and business performance.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Head of Lease Management has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in commercial lease management, including lease negotiation, portfolio oversight, and governance across complex retail portfolios.
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
