Documentation and Shipping Clerk

Shifts: 1 Available - Day Shift

Compensation: DOE

Responsibilities:

• reviewing, completing and filing internal work orders and paperwork
• preparing, filing and reporting on shipping documents
• preparing and maintaining expedite reports
• interacting with customers for shipping requirements
• working with other members of the shipping and administrative team and arranging for and tracking shipments
• Track and trace shipments as required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• English language proficiency required.
• 2+ years' experience required.
• Customs knowledge
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
• Certificate of qualification, college degree or other training an asset.
• Previous aerospace experience preferred.
• Previous jobbing shop experience preferred
• Worked with Canada Custom Documents
