The Maintenance Person is responsible for ensuring buildings and facilities are kept in good working order through regular upkeep and a proactive preventative maintenance program. This hands-on role includes maintaining cleanliness of common areas, performing minor repairs, supporting seasonal outdoor tasks, handling deliveries, and assisting with general labour as needed. The position plays a key role in promoting a safe, organized, and well-maintained environment while contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations.
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
